Client- Century Plyboards (India) Limited
Introduction
Century Plyboards (India) Ltd. is an Indian manufacturer, seller and exporter of plywoods and veneers . The company offers plywood products under the brand name, Century Ply, and exports its range of products to over 20 countries. Spread into a 6.6 acre area, its ISO 9002 plant is located at Bishnupur, near Joka, Kolkata. It has also started the commercial production of MDF (Medium Density Fibre) at its newly set-up unit at Punjab. In 2018 , the organisation opened its headquarters in Taratala , Kolkata , West Bengal with a state of the art office workspace under the name Century House. The entire building was considered to be a technological marvel with all the latest IT and AV Solution installed on campus for the safety, security, entertainment and information of its employees.
Clients Issues

The client wanted access by the HR department to portray different training material and personalised messages all over the campus, they would like to transmit several messages like important announcements and other department related messages on the upper or lower scroll , all at the same time.

In each floor , the display in the refreshment zone was placed horizontally, they wanted to portray horizontal video or still content different to the general content in other displays.

Different floors were dedicated to different departments, so the content of the displays were also needed to be floor specific at certain times.
Structural Issues

The displays which were locate din the pillars has no capability of connecting LAN cables, so and alternate option was to be sought.
Recommendation
and design
The entire design needed a complete end to end solution, therefore LG seemed to be the perfect match for this opportunity. To address the requirement of vertical displays around the office we suggested LG 55SE3KD and for the locations where LAN cable was a problem we suggested LG 55SM5KD which has wifi built in its system.
To control the entire system, we recommended the LG SuperSign Software which would take in account all the queries and questions the client was having.

Content Scheduling Published – User is facing problem in content scheduling publishing on the Signage Software Server.

Time Sync – Partha has already told with respect to time syncing of all the TV Sets installed. We are doing it from our end. Hope this should resolve the problem of Timing sync of TV Sets with signage server.

Pre-Scheduling of Content – User is facing problem in this functionality. We would require your technical help to guide user how to do it and complete it.
